Fleet Mgmt

Position Description

This Fleet Management position is responsible for assisting all business units with asset acquisition and disposal records, maintaining accurate internal cost rates, monitor meter readings and auditing equipment usage, forecasting capital expenditures based on equipment usage and wear, setting up preventative maintenance schedules (working with mechanics to organize equipment repairs) and ensure compliance with all State/Federal laws and regulations related to fleet use.

Additional responsibilities include but not be limited to:

• Maintain current asset lists of vehicles and equipment
• Stay up to date on all compliance issue both federal and local jurisdictions
• Ensure all vehicles are properly registered and licensed as needed
• Comply with all U.S. DOT Laws and Regulations
• Analyze data to increase operational efficiencies
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection
• Track fleet metrics

Position Requirements

• Previous experience required
• Must have valid driver's license 
• Must have valid email address and phone number
• Must pass pre-employment screening
