Business Intelligence Developer

Constellation Service Company, headquartered in Topeka, KS, is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to help drive decision-making across our organization through meaningful data reporting and analysis. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts to create custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Microsoft SQL Server and Power BI. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys solving business problems with data.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI
  • Write and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views to support reporting needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine KPIs and performance metrics
  • Serve as an internal data consultant, helping teams interpret and use data effectively
  • Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports
  • Assist with ERP system administration, particularly related to reporting and data access



Risk and Insurance Analyst

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Risk and Insurance Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in insurance, risk analysis, or legal compliance to contribute to critical company initiatives.


Position Overview:

The Risk and Insurance Analyst will be a hands-on contributor to the company’s risk management initiatives, with a primary focus on insurance and claims administration. The role includes managing insurance claims, maintaining compliance records, and serving as the liaison between business units and the company’s insurance broker. This is not a managerial position but requires a highly organized professional who excels in executing detailed administrative and compliance-related tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Insurance and Claims Administration:

  • Manage the company’s insurance claims process, ensuring accurate and timely filing, effective communication with internal stakeholders, and resolution in coordination with the insurance broker.
  • Oversee administrative aspects of the bonding program, ensuring compliance with all bonding requirements and timely renewals.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business units and the insurance broker for updates, policy administration, and claims inquiries.

2. Compliance Support:

  • Review Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to verify accuracy and alignment with company requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct research and provide analysis to support risk management and compliance initiatives.

3. Contract and Document Review:

  • Review contracts, agreements, and related legal documents to identify potential risks or areas requiring clarification.
  • Collaborate with business units to ensure accurate documentation and timely collection of outstanding contracts.
