Administrative Assistant

Now hiring an Administrative Assistant working within the hiring, record keeping, and drug testing department. 

Primary duties will be to greet guests, answer phones, open and distribute incoming mail, order supplies and prepare documents or mailings. 

You will also process incoming applications, collect drug test samples and process paperwork to be sent to a lab, report and record results, coordinate random drug testing pools on a monthly and quarterly basis and review and update employee files. 

Additional duties will include but not limited to: Entering payables for A/P, updating billing templates for A/R, entering equipment work orders for fleet, data entry etc.

Training Manager

Constellation Service Company, located in Topeka, Kansas, which provides Best in Class Support Services to the construction industry, has an opportunity for a Training Manager/Associate to develop and execute core learning programs across the company and its customers. This individual will serve as a master trainer, will develop course work with the assistance of inhouse subject matter experts, and will develop new employee orientations designed to facilitate culture adoption and employee engagement, among other assignments. The selected applicant will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3+ years’ experience preferred and will be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.   • Will serve as a master trainer,
  • Will develop employee orientation programs,
  • Will develop and administer a custom online learning management system,
  • Will work closely with in house subject matter experts to develop training content,
  • Will support systems implementation and adoption,
  • Will help identify and cultivate leadership,
  • Will objectively measure employee participation and performance,
  • May be required to travel with an occasional overnight stay,
  • Will perform such other services as directed that are consistent with program goals.
